Gorgeous 14K Gold Cameo Coin Ring
Beautiful heavy antique ring with what appears to be the goddess Medusa with the snakes in her hair.
This appears to be a tiny coin bezel set in the ring and the back of the coin has a roman soldier with a tiny angel standing on his hand.
There is some writing on the back side of the coin as well, not sure how to translate it though.
Lines and scrolling decorate the shoulders. Originally a mens ring, this is suitable for a man or woman. It's a beautiful ring!
Ring is stamped 585, the European stamp for 14k. Ring weighs 3.4 grams.
